Create a participant submission form is not mandatory. It is up to you.

➔ It is then up to you to define the start and end dates and times of the registration*******

Nb: If you do not configure a registration form, by default, the platform will ask the participant his/her email, his/her name, his/her first name and/her his password.

📌 Step 2

It is up to you to decide what users can do once they have joined the program (= application + acceptance by the program managers). You can :

• Allow users to apply to join a team (a project)
• Allow participants to leave the program without your approuval
• Allow members to leave a project
• Allow participants to be member of more than one project

Don't forget to save!
