➔ Click on the management space button

➔ Click on the Chat tab on the Engagement Menu

➔ Click on +Add chat broadcast, a pop up will appear

What is a chat broadcast?

It is a message than you can send to several people at the same time

You can choose the recipient : users or projects.

1/ To users : You can decide whether you want to send the message to all program's users or to selected program's users.

• If you want to send the message to all program's users, check this box

• If you want to send the message to selected program's users, uncheck this box and select the name of the users.

Nb: You can directly send chat broadcast to group coversation by checking this box

2/ To projects : You can decide whether you want to send the message to all program's projects or to selected program's projects.
