There are two email systems: the email scheduler (newsletters) and the emails linked to modules.

1/ The email scheduler 📨

➔ Click on the management space button

➔ Click on the Emails tab on the Engagement Menu

If you want to create an email, click on + Add a new scheduled email

A scheduled email is composed with:

For each email, variables are available allowing you to personalize it as much as possible

Example: if you use the variable {firstname} in the sentence "hello {firstname}", the participant Élodie will receive "Hello Élodie"

Click on Add to save it!

If you want to add changes, click on the 3 dotts then on Edit

2/ Emails linked to modules 📤

The module's emails

⚠️ Important: All your scheduled emails and the emails linked to the modules are available in the emails tab (on the engagemet menu). You can add changes at any time (if the sending date has not passed).
